Overview

This is an undergraduate program at Drew University leading to a Bachelor’s degree after four years* of study. There are two admission routes, depending on your qualifications and the level of support you need.

  • Direct Entry:
Choose this option if you fully meet the academic and English requirements for direct entry to Drew University and you feel confident to live and study independently alongside US students from day one.
  • International Pathway Entry:
Choose this option if you don’t quite meet the requirements for direct entry, or you prefer to start your studies in a more supportive international environment. During the first stage of this program, you will study the same classes as direct entry students, but with additional support to improve your subject knowledge and English skills. In addition, you will receive academic advice to help you register for the right classes and adapt quickly to academic life at a US university.

Note: Direct entry and pathway students study the same curriculum and earn the same number of credits, so you will complete your studies in the same amount of time whichever option you choose.

* Students typically earn 12-15 academic credits per semester and require 120 credits
to graduate with a bachelor’s degree from a university in the US. The average time to complete a bachelor’s degree is 4 years.

Why Choose This Course?

  • A choice of admission routes, with flexible entry requirements and dedicated support for international students. Most overseas qualifications and all levels of English accepted.
  • Generous scholarships available for international students. All applications automatically considered for an award.
  • SAT/ACT scores not required for international pathway route.
  • Enjoy the benefits of a US Liberal Arts education, with smaller class sizes, more flexibility and the ability to study and network with students from a wide range of backgrounds.
  • Opportunities for internships at major employers such as Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Lincoln Center, Google, Sony Music, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and CNN.
  • Live and study in a 186-acre rural campus located in the college town of Madison, New Jersey. Rated as one of the safest college towns in the USA (Safe Wise), but only a short train ride away from downtown New York.
